1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.
2. PRODUCTS & PRICING
Prices are shown in RUB and may change without notice. We make a reasonable effort to describe products accurately, but colors, fit, and materials may vary slightly from photos and descriptions, especially while product photography is still in progress.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
An order is confirmed once payment is received via one of the methods listed at checkout (SBP, bank card, USDT, or direct bank transfer). We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order we can't fulfil — for example, if a piece sells out before your payment clears.
4. SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Domestic (Russia): dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmed payment. International: available case-by-case — contact us before ordering to confirm cost and timeline for your country. Exact courier partners, rates, and delivery windows are still being finalized as real checkout goes live — these are current best estimates, not a binding SLA yet.
Unworn, unwashed pieces in original condition with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Customised sneakers (made-to-order) are final sale — customisation work can't be resold, so we're unable to accept returns on that category. To start a return or exchange, email us with your order details.
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we'll sort a replacement or refund — no return shipping cost to you in that case.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
STR55T, Street Fifty Five, all product designs, photography, and site content belong to Street Fifty Five (or its collaborators, where noted) and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, subject to review noted above.
